We are Allen, Janet, and Danielle Jamison and we live on our elk farm in the beautiful, secluded hills of the Ozarks. Clean air, spring-fed waters, rolling hills, and lush pastures provide the perfect environment for raising our elk. In addition to raising elk, we traverse back roads and creeks to get to our in-town business, which we've operated since 1982. There, with 18 employees, we publish a real estate buyers' guide for the Ozarks and do color separating for some major New York comic- and children's-book publishers. Allen and I have been married for 32 years, and Danielle, who is in her teens, is our only child. She works with us both at the farm and the business in town, and is a straight-A student. We are truly blessed.

Allen started the elk farm in 1996. He's renovated acres of pasture, put up miles of fencing, and built facilities for working the elk. Allen is directly responsible for the herd's health and condition. It's back-breaking work, but, is also a labor of love for him. Shortcuts are never taken at Jamison Farms.

We work and play hard. Real hard. We require a high-energy food source. ELK MEAT IS THIS FOOD SOURCE. We do not buy meat at the grocery store that is loaded with unknowns. The elk meat we eat was raised on pastures and were grain and spring-water fed. No antibiotics or growth hormones are ever used on JAMISON FARMS' ELK MEAT. We eat only the best and you can too!
