 The first taste of Jamison Farms Elk Meat will make you a believer. You
can have the full flavor of beef without the calories, fat and cholesterol.
We guarantee we never use growth hormones or antibiotics. Our herds will not be subjected to feed lot stress. We grain feed our herds. They feast on lush grasses, legumes, and spring-fed waters.
We properly dry age all meat at a minimum 10 days in a regulated 32-36° controlled environment. We custom cut and hand trim our meats. We individually vacuum seal each cut.
We do all of this to provide you with the best taste. That's the Jamison difference. You have our name on it.
Jamison Farms are located just south of
West Plains, Missouri in the storied Ozark mountains.
Due to the high volume of orders during the holiday season, we are temporarily out of Filets, Strip Steaks & Fajita Meat. We will substitute this cut of meat with another cut of meat. We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.
